Missing or Defective Product
For any claims of missing or defective products, please make a complete unboxing video of the delivered parcel and send it via WhatsApp at +91-6294610003, mentioning your Order ID. You may also write to us at alongkari.jewelry@gmail.com. We will guide you through the next steps.
No Return, Exchange & Refund (if no defect)
If there is no manufacturing defect, Alongkari maintains a strict no return, exchange, or refund policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return under the Indian jewelry refund policy, your item must:
- Be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags
- Be in original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
