Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-10 business days except for the customised orders or pre-orders or as communicated during the order placement. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
1. Shipping is Rs 60 in WB and 80 for out of WB.
2.We use Xpressbees, DTDC,Delivery and Skyking as courier partner for all domestic orders.
4.You will be notified when your order is out for delivery in your local area.
International Shipping
1. Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per weight of the order.
2. Any Custom Charges to be paid by customer.
3. We use Delhivery, Aramex and UPS courier service for shipping.
4. Dispatch time – 7-10 working days, Delivery Time 15-25 working days after dispatch.
5. During this unprecedented time (COVID-19) ,weather conditions shipments could be delayed , but we will try our best to get it delivered on time.
